What Size Should I Buy?
Ah, the age-old dilemma—do I want it to hug me or hang on me? 🤔 Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered (literally). Every product has a handy size guide linked right there on the page—so no guessing games. (Or you can find them all here)
Plus, we label each item with its Fit Style (Slim, Snug, Regular, Oversized, Loose Fit) to give you a heads-up on how it’s supposed to sit. Want that relaxed, “I stole this from my gym-crush” look? Size up if it’s a Slim Fit. Or if you prefer a sculpted, "check out these gains" vibe? Stick to your usual size. And vice-versa for the Oversized looks.
If all else fails and you happen to get a size that just isn't right - we'll assist you with returning and exchanging your order.
Will your sizes match what I usually wear, or am I about to play the sizing lottery?
If you’ve ever played the “guess my size” game with different brands, we feel you. Good news—our sizing is pretty much in line with other top fitness brands, so no weird surprises.
The key🔑? Check the Fit Style labels: Slim Fit, Regular Fit, Oversized Fit, Snug. Want a relaxed, “Sunday lounging but make it stylish” vibe? Go for an Oversized or Loose Fit. Looking for a sleek, second-skin feel? Slim Fit and Snug is the winner.

How do I keep my TRIMODE gear looking fresh?
Easy. Treat it like your muscles—give it care, and it’ll perform.
- Turn It inside-out to reduce the chance of pilling.
- Wash cold (like your post-workout shakes—max 30°C).❄️
- Hang dry—because your clothes prefer fresh air over a tumble dryer’s wrath.🥵
- Skip the dry cleaner. Your TRIMODE gear is low maintenance, just like your ideal workout partner.
Check the label and product listing for any extra care notes. Follow these, and your gear will stay as fresh as you after a solid rest day.

Our payments are processed through MyFatourah - a secure payment provider - no card information is stored on our database.
All credit cards must be 3D authenticated. (Some cards from the USA will not be accepted)
Can I cancel my order, or am I locked in like a squat PR?
We get it—sometimes impulse shopping hits harder than leg day. If you need to cancel, reach out ASAP. If your order hasn’t left our hands, we’ll sort it out. But if it’s already on its way, it’s out of our control (kind of like DOMS after deadlifts).
No worries though—if it’s not the right fit, you can always exchange for something else or return it. We’ve got your back (and your quads). 💪
How do I check the status of my order? Is it lifting, running, or resting?
The moment you place your order, we send you a confirmation email faster than a sprinter off the blocks. Inside, you’ll find a "Track Your Order" link—click it for real-time updates on your package’s journey.
Prefer to check manually? Log into your customer account and stalk your order like it’s leg day and you’re counting every rep. 💪🚀
What if there is a missing item from my order?
Oops, looks like one of your items decided to ghost us.

The Item I want is Sold Out - What Should I do?
We know the struggle—nothing hurts more than seeing “Sold Out” on your must-have gear.
But don’t sweat it! Click on your size, find the ‘Notify Me’ button, and drop your email in. As soon as it's back, you'll be the first to know—like an exclusive VIP invite, but for fresh gym fits. 💪🔥
Can I use a discount code during sales?
We see you, stacking those deals like a pro. 👀 But nope—discount codes don’t work during sitewide sales (we’re already giving you the best deal possible!).
However, if you’ve got a gift card, you can absolutely use that.
Can I add items to my order after its been placed?
We feel you. The excitement is real. 🎉
But once an order is placed, we can’t sneak extra goodies in. Your best bet? Place a new order or—if it hasn’t been processed yet—cancel and start fresh. Think of it as a second chance to grab even more gear. 😉
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a Sale Item?
All sale items are final - we will not accept returns or refunds. Provided availability - we will assist you with an exchange.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What items are non-refundable/ non-returnable?
We will not refund the following items:
- Gift cards.
- Items where tags have been removed.
- Items that have been worn.
- Clearance Sale or Flash Sale Items
- Intimate items.
- Socks.

What charges are there on returns/exchanges?
Free returns and exchanges for Kuwait
All other countries will be responsible for shipping costs/rates and taxes.
Do you offer free shipping?
Kuwait orders over 50KD will receive free shipping.
What if I receive a faulty item?
It's not common for our products to have issues, but occasionally things can go wrong.
Please email us with the following info:
- Order Number
- Photos of item showing fault.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
We use a secure courier service to deliver your order to your door.
Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Customs and taxes will be your responsibility to pay upon the arrival of your order.
The Courier company will contact you to clear customs.
Please be aware of your country's customs and taxes - we will not be held responsible for these amounts.
Loyalty Program
How Do I Join?
You can join TRIMODE Loyalty Program by creating a customer account here.
Registration is free and simple: just provide your name, email, and create a password. You'll start earning points immediately after your first purchase or activity.
How Do I Earn Points?
Earn points every time you place an order.
For every KWD spent, you will earn 3 points. Additional points can be earned through additional actions. Check out our Loyalty Program page for more info.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
Visit your TRIMODE Customer Account and convert your points into discount codes to apply at checkout.
You must be logged in to redeem your points directly at checkout on the Trimode website.
You can apply your points for discounts on purchases, exclusive products, or special rewards. Simply choose the number of points you wish to redeem and convert them into a coupon code to apply on your order.
How Do I Refer A Friend?
Open the Loyalty Button on the lower left corner of your screen - scroll down to the "Refer your friends" section - click and enter your email to receive a referral link to share with your friends.
Your friend will receive 5KWD* (Equivalent to: 60AED | $16USD | £12GBP) and you will receive 150 points to your account.
You can also go to your TRIMODE Customer Account and find your referral link on your profile.
*Your referral reward will be sent once they have successfully placed their order.
